KAPE's Legal Team

On November 1, 2016, KAPE’s legal team was honored to welcome an on-staff attorney, Alison Sparks.  KAPE’s legal coverage is now more comprehensive, and has continuous legal representation during employment disputes.

Ms. Sparks, who has a private practice with the Bentley Law Firm in London, KY, has been representing KAPE members for the past 18 months, but is now an on-staff attorney for our organization.  Ms. Sparks is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Law School, where she also attended undergraduate school.  She passed the Bar exam in 2014.  You can get more information about Ms. Sparks at brucebentleylaw.com.

KAPE also uses the services of Attorney Amy Harper, who practices law in Clinton, Kentucky, and represents our members in the western districts of the state. Ms. Harper is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale.  She passed the Bar exam in 2001.  She attended undergraduate school at Murray State University.
